This Fund series will invest in PENTAS Homes, LLC, a Florida limited liability company engaged in the construction of residential properties that will be sold or offered for short term (e.g. AirBNB) or long-term rental.

BUILD TO RENT
The Panoramic Fund will contribute through Pentas Homes to the building of Build for Rent (BFR) single family homes in the United States

Given this experience and new current opportunities, we developed the Panoramic Fund.
We advise over 200 investors and 125 accredited investors through FRA Services Inc. (Registered Investment Advisor). The team that has managed the Private Equity Solutions, LLC fund (PES) has been successful in declaring annual dividends of no less than 6% since the inception of the PES Fund.
Ferdinand J. Ruaño established Private Equity Solutions, LLC (PES, LLC) in June 2010. He is the managing principal of PES, LLC and the investment advisor of FRA Services Inc. (a registered investment advisor). His desire to help make owning a home within reach of all who aspire to do so led him to begin the "Seller Financing Program" through Private Equity Solutions in 2014. Ferdinand Ruaño oversees and makes decisions about all the investments in the Private Equity Solutions, LLC and the Panoramic Fund, LLC private placement funds. He is responsible for the company's investment strategies, capitalization, sales plans, and risk management strategies. Ferdinand focuses on implementing strategies to maximize returns for the fund’s investors.
